COVID CLEAN
Put on mask before entering the building
Ensure you use disinfectant after touching the key pad upon entry
Start by spraying Lysol Disinfectant into the air
Use a clean cloth saturated in Pinesol to wipe surfaces
Add more disinfectant as required
Then start cleaning all light switches and door handles
Clean all countertop, tables tops and flat surfaces
Clean kitchen and bathroom cabinet handles
Clean arm rests on furniture
Clean sink and tub taps
Clean security key pad and entrance door punch upon exit
CLEAN AND WASH
Every 3 months or as necessary
Windows
Tracks of the windows
Filter Above Stove
Light fixtures should have no bugs
Stove with metal rings and elements removed and cleaned on both the enamel and inside.
Wash inside and out of kitchen, medicine and bathroom cabinets
Check and change furnace filters
GENERAL CLEANING SCHEDULE
-First actively identify and note all or any damages caused by the most recent Guests as you conduct a Covid Clean by using Pinesol to clean all surfaces in the entire unit to ensure your own safety.
-Wear a mask until the Covid Clean is complete
-Note to the General Manager any damages and how cleanly the Guests left the property
-Dust‌ ‌and‌ ‌clean‌ ‌window‌ ‌sills,‌ ‌wall‌ ‌hangings, furniture‌ ‌and‌ ‌ceiling‌ ‌fans.
-Ensure there is no hair left in the room
-High-dust‌ ‌each‌ ‌room‌ ‌to‌ ‌remove‌ ‌dust‌ ‌build‌ ‌up.‌ ‌
-Cover bed with a sheet if there is a build up of dust
-Remove‌ ‌all cobwebs.‌ ‌
-Dust‌ ‌all‌ ‌blinds‌ ‌and‌ ‌accessible‌ ‌surfaces.‌ ‌
-Clean‌ ‌baseboards.‌ ‌
-Clean‌ ‌and‌ ‌polish‌ ‌glass‌ ‌doors, and windows.‌ ‌
-Polish‌ ‌all‌ ‌mirrors‌ ‌and‌ ‌glass‌ ‌fixtures.‌ ‌
-Clean and polish outside of the cabinet doors
-Clean inside all cabinets and drawers
-Take‌ ‌out‌ ‌garbage.‌ ‌
-The comforters on all beds should be steamed. We only fully wash periodically.
-Hand scrub stains that have collected on any of the bedding. Hang to dry.
-Do not put bedding in drier
Clean microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, washer and drier so they look new
