Located on the bay of Azul, just across from the Soriano Mall. GranD Pacifico (GP) is a privately owned beach front luxury Condominium. Our Penthouse has a stunning 300-degree view of the pool, palms, beach, ocean and the port. The pool area is almost an acre of not only pool but waterfalls, children's pool, a tanning and whirlpool, plus a swim-up snack and drinks bar open Wednesday-Sunday in high season. Beach access, tennis, badminton, basketball courts, soccer nets and beach volleyball are all available to guests. Use of the gym and sauna is at an additional charge in pesos. Please arrange in advance to use any services from the Gym, or sending laundry out, Courts in the evening when there is a charge for lighting, in order to make arrangements to prepay for such services that require an extra charge.
The rent includes that above services except those mentioned but does not include electricity. Guests will find that leaving a/c units on when they are out can be expensive, while most winter Guests don’t bother with a/c, they use the ocean breeze to cool the suite and their electrical bill usually runs less than $60. Please arrange to provide a Utility Deposit of $400.
During high season GP has restaurant services, and massage therapy by the pool. Located across from a large grocery store, there is everything from Night Clubs to Casinos, Karaoke, Bank, Telcel, Auto-Repair, more than 30 restaurants, and Golf courses within a walking distance.There is a long established mall a half block away and a brand new mall right next door both with food courts.
Wireless internet is available in the lobby. The signal usually reaches the main-floor living room and balcony area of the suite. Longer-term bookings may request lower pricing including WIFI. A games area is located in Palapa. Friendly and helpful front desk staff are available to help with any questions or assistance.
The penthouse condo spans 3 floors and is fully upgraded. The main floor has a half bath, kitchen and living room area with Mexican Cable TV (12 English stations if you use the SAP setting). Two bedrooms are located on the second floor. A twin and double bed are in one and 2 twin beds in the other. Both have remodeled en-suites. One with a walk-in shower, while the other has a tub and shower. The Master bedroom has a king sized bed, full bath and shower + rooftop patio. Balconies are on each level.
The kitchen is fully outfitted with everything from microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, blender, pots etc. plus an iron. There is also a lock on one of the linen cabinets in order to use it like a safety deposit box.
Please check-in at the Front Desk with your identification. For security purposes, provide the names of all members of your party prior to check-in for issuing security bracelets. Underground parking is available. Please provide your license plate to the Front Desk who will issue a permit for your front dash. Please make arrangements for early or late check-in.
Public Transport goes by just outside the Front Entrance every 20 minutes or less depending on where you are going. It is always best to have the Front Desk call a cab for you rather than hailing one yourself to ensure the Taxi Driver is accountable. Always ask for a quote to where you are going before you get in. It is lovely to visit the downtown port area.The Miramar Beach is also a wonderful place to spend the afternoon.The Oasis Restaurant past the Miramar is another great location.
The Airport is a 40-minute cab ride away. Cab pricing is Government regulated.
