The River Blossom Suite

Make yourself at home in our second floor, fresh and spacious split level abode. Enjoy a comfortable setting around an ornate cast stone fireplace. The living room, dining area and small office are located on the upper level.

The kitchen is fully equipped and shares the main level with a 4-piece bathroom. Step out onto the balcony or relax in the ensuite jet tub complimented by a glass block window.

Whether you’re looking for a private suite or something to accommodate a group of family or friends, The River Valley Haven is a newly redeveloped heritage building offering four full-service apartments.

Each apartment is uniquely laid out with custom kitchens, fine woodworking, quality appliances, individual laundry areas, marble and hardwood floors, fireplaces and air conditioning. Gardens, BBQ area and parking surround the property. Choose which suite is best for you. Rent them individually or book the whole place!

House Rule:
1. Quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. 
2. Please remove shoes in the house
3. The outside BBQ and sitting area are available for use but are still under development. We apologize for any inconvenience. 
4. Please provide us with your estimated time of arrival at least a day before your arrival.
5. Kindly Provide us your best contact number and email address for us to have on hand, should we need to contact you.
6. We will be sending out a Welcome Letter and check-in instructions before your arrival date.
7. STRICTLY NO SMOKING. There's a $300 fine for unauthorized pets and smoking inside.
8. We charge $25 per night for an additional guest. 
9. There's a fee of $10 per person for a Day-Guests.
10. We offer a special discount of up to 50% for longer reservations. 
11. Toiletries are provided upon check-in; For reservation with a monthly rate, you can request additional toiletries however additional charges may apply.
12. We can clean the BBQ area for you at a cost of $35.
13. Please use the chopping board we provided; there is a charge of $50 for any cuts put into the concrete countertops.
14. There is a $25 charge if the key isn’t returned.
